Delete your SchoolCentralX account
You can request deletion of your SchoolCentralX account and associated account-level data from this public page.
The process is designed to protect you while also protecting school records that may need to be retained for legal, safeguarding, audit, or statutory reasons.
What happens when you request deletion
We start a secure account-deletion request for the email address you provide. The request is handled through the protected SchoolCentralX app domain so we can verify the right person is making the request before anything is removed.
What will usually be removed
Deleting the account removes app access. Profile and account-level data, user preferences, notification settings, and device tokens may be deleted as part of the process.
What may be retained and why
Some school-owned records linked to a child may need to be retained by the school for legal, safeguarding, audit, statutory, or operational reasons. We do not remove records that a school is required or entitled to keep.
30-day grace period
A 30-day grace period may apply before final processing. This helps protect users from accidental deletion and gives time for verification or cancellation where appropriate.
How to cancel a request
If your request is still within the grace period, you can follow the instructions in the secure deletion email or contact us at privacy@schoolcentralx.com for help.
